For Cash App’s first-ever bundled product release, I led copywriting for the central web experience, which established language and narrative for the entire launch.

The release introduced 11 new features and 150+ product improvements. Partnering across product, marketing, web design, social, and agency teams, I translated complex updates into clear storytelling that powered the site and informed messaging across OOH, social, lifecycle, and keynote presentations.

The campaign generated 2.7B impressions, drove measurable lifts in brand familiarity (+10%), favorability (+14%), and consideration (+15%). The launch website is now nominated for an Awwward.
