Advance America came to us for a brand refresh and campaign to support a digital transformation and better connect with customers. I helped develop the campaign concept and messaging. The work drove 20% growth in new customers, +59% website visits, +90% applications, and +83% e-signs, while reducing acquisition costs by 61%.
